What CZ Personal Training Programs are available?

Choose from a 12, 8 or six week yoga and pilates training package. Although twice a week is very strongly recommended, weekly training sessions are available. Choose from a total body focus, calorie burn focus, muscle build option, rehabilitative emphasis, athletic conditioning and enhancement. Our trainers are qualified for any level of fitness, from beginning to professional athlete training. Training will be mat-focused, using equipment such as bands, fitness balls, resistance circle, etc.

Hire a trainer for a single session to guide you through pilates and yoga essentials so that you can feel confident in group exercise settings, or to get more out of your fitness dvd home library. Have our certified instructors provide you with the resources to answer questions you have always had about resistance Pre and Post-Partum Prep and cardio training, flexibility, balance, and pilates or yoga technique.

Begin your Bridal Bootcamp! Use pilates training to get ready for the biggest day of your life. Look stunning in your gown as you tighten your waist, flatten your abs, lengthen your legs and get the arms you want to wrap around your groom. These packages include body etiquette training: how to walk in heels, tackle stairs, make your grand entrance, exit vehicles, hold posture correctly, etc. We highly suggest you book your trainer three months prior to the wedding, although a one-month package, or “Shot Gun” is available if your wedding preparations have kept you away from the gym.

Bounce back from baby with Pre and Post-Partum training. Prepare your body for pregnancy or recover from delivery. You can get your abs back! Special emphasis is given on pelvic floor and low abdominal strengthening. These programs are progressive and will increase in intensity as you build your strength back. Babies and children are welcome!

Book a Live Fitness Event. Our trainers will gladly take your friends, co-workers, church group, bridal party, mothers’ group or athletic team through essential pilates and yoga exercises. The session will be fun, instructional and have great music and interaction.
